Serves 8 to 10 people
This is a beautiful late-morning option for all of those hungry and recovering from the morning after-effect of drinking too much egg-nogg at your party the night before.

Menu

Fresh Fruit salad

Panettone French toast with real maple syrup

Meat selection of Italian sausage patties or Baked spiral ham

Fresh herb-Parmesan Scrambled eggs

Bellini’s, coffee and tea

Fresh Fruit Salad

Cut or section the following fruit and toss in decorative bowl.

Pineapple

Mandarins or Clementines

Grapes

Cantaloupe
