St. Germain Champagne punch

Equipment:
You will need a large punch bowl (borrow your mother’s or grandmother’s) Should hold at least 20 cups of punch at a time.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Absolut Vanilla Vodka
1/2 cup of St. Germain Elderflower liquor
1   750ml bottle of dry, sparkling wine, reasonably priced (don’t want to put a $200 bottle of Krug in a punch).  Baron Herzog Kosher from California is around $15 per bottle

2 Meyer lemons to slice in rounds and freeze. You will use the slices of frozen lemons to float in the bowl instead of ice and pomegranate seeds to garnish your champagne glasses.
