Fresh Cod Fish Cakes with Watercress Salad

Cod Fish Cakes
1 pound of seasoned and sauteed fresh cod
4 small potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon of chopped cilantro
1 egg
one egg yolk (save the white for breakfast)
1/2 teaspoon of lime juice
