Mousse de Maracuja com Mango is a light mousse of passion fruit served with fresh mango. Paired perfectly with a Leblon Be Mine.
Leblon Be Mine
2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
½ oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Sparkling Wine
¼ oz. Chambord
3 Strawberries cut in fourths
2 Lemon wedges
Glass-Flute
Muddle the fruit with the simple syrup in a shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and pour Leblon Cachaça. Shake vigorously. Strain into a flute, top with the Sparkling wine and finish with Chambord.
