Brazilian Dinner with Leblon Cachaca

On Thursday, April 15th Cuvee bistro and bar had the pleasure to have a taste of Brazil and hosted a Cachaca-inspired Brazilian cocktail dinner featuring drinks made with Brazil’s premium Cachaca, Leblon. Mauricio Bittencourt, the handsome Brazilian brand ambassador showed us how to mix the sexy Brazilian cocktail and showed us how to skim a few calories off the classic version by using Agave syrup. Being on the North Fork puts you at the center of the culinary world. On one hand you are a two-hour Jitney ride from the world’s best restaurants in Manhattan and on the other hand, you have most of your food sources right at your finger tips. The North Fork lined with acres of farms growing greens, corn, tomatoes, potatoes and livestock not to mention our fabulous vineyards.
