Chicken Skewers Tasty Goodness

chicken_skewers_Serves 6
2 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
Cut chicken into 1 x 1/4 inch strips. Place in shallow pan. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over chicken strips. Let stand 1 hour or longer. Weave marinated strips onto skewers.   You can make half skewers if for a cocktail party.  Place on rack in shallow pan. Broil about 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is tender.
For dipping sauce mix 1/2 cup of honey with 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
