parmesan fries

We’re still hanging on to our New Year’s resolutions, but everyone loves french fries.  Try out this easy recipe for crispy baked fries with a little parmesan and fresh herbs and you will be loved by all.

You will need:  two large Idaho potatoes, oil, sea salt, parmesan cheese, and ground pepper

Scrub potato skins well, since you will want to make your fries with the skins on. Cut into thick fries and place on paper towels to dry.  Drizzle with oil and place on a cookie sheet.  Sprinkle with your favorite sea salt and bake for 30 minutes at 425° or until golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with parmesan cheese and freshly ground pepper.
