How To Whip Cream

February 18th, 2011 · 3 Comments · Dessert, Dinner, Drinks & Cocktails, Holiday, Vegan, Vegetarian, Winter Recipes

How to whip cream may seem so simple and here at seasonedfork.com we were surprised to see that it was one of our most popular posts.  Most people don’t whip their own cream and we can sometimes overlook the versatility of this creamy “remedy.”   When whipping cream you can add flavors ranging from drops of vanilla extract to chocolate, almond or coffee extracts.  You can whip it to stiff peaks for frosting or merengues or just keep it simple as a garnish for your favorite pie or Irish coffee like we have done in this webisode.  However you use it, I can assure you that it will be appreciated by your family and friends anytime.  And stay tuned for our recipe for Irish Coffee.
