Orchard Toddy with Absolut Brooklyn

November 5th, 2010 · No Comments · Dinner, Drinks & Cocktails, Fall Recipes, Vegan, Vegetarian, Winter Recipes

Chilly nights require a hot drink and some great company. And sometimes a good book may be better! Either way our new signature “Orchard Toddy” will hit the spot combining some of my favorite Fall ingredients. Apple Cider from Woodside Orchard in Jamesport, some crisp apples from your choice of farmstand or farmer’s market and some local honey. Throw in a shot of Spike Lee’s-inspired Absolut Brooklyn and you have one heck of a New York nightcap.
