Chilly nights require a hot drink and some great company. And sometimes a good book may be better! Either way our new signature “Orchard Toddy” will hit the spot combining some of my favorite Fall ingredients. Apple Cider from Woodside Orchard in Jamesport, some crisp apples from your choice of farmstand or farmer’s market and some local honey. Throw in a shot of Spike Lee’s-inspired Absolut Brooklyn and you have one heck of a New York nightcap.

Ingredients:
1 Cup Farm Stand Cider
1 oz Absolut Brooklyn Vodka, infused with ginger and
apple flavors
Sliced apple for garnish
3 Cloves to insert into apple slice
Local Honey for drizzle
Preparation:
Prick apple slice with three cloves each. Place in bottom of clear glass mug. Heat a cup of apple cider per serving in microwave until piping hot
Add 1 oz of Absolut Brooklyn per mug
Add drizzle of local honey and stir
