On Thursday, June 10th, Cuvee Bistro and Bar in Greenport, Long Island will feature the wines of Paumanok Vineyards paired with a Lebanese-inspired dinner, “One Thousand and One Lebanese Nights.” Paumanok Vineyards was founded by Ursula and Charles Massoud and although they are founding members of the Long Island wine community, Charles was born in Lebanon, the land of Canaan where many say wine began. His wife Ursula was born in Germany to a long tradition of winemakers. Both seatings for this dinner are SOLD OUT and we have started a waiting list. For those of you who will miss it, stay tuned for recipes on Seasonedfork.com
