Make a batch of vegan sugar cookies, and complete the occasion, whatever it is, with this simple frosting recipe. You can easily customize it for your celebration by adding cocoa, almond extract, lemon extract, or whatever else it is that you want!
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut butter
2-3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. ground vanilla beans
almond milk
Combine the coconut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla bean in the bowl of a food processor. Pulse, adding the almond milk 1 tbsp. at a time, until you reach the desired consistency.
